Pre-chamber Spark Plug installation and maintenance precautions:
1.Check the spark plug head for physical damage and deformation before installation.
2. Clean the cylinder head before installation. It is recommended to pre-install with tooling screws to clean and lubricate.
3. Spark plug thread should be properly lubricated, do not put the oil into the spark plug combustion.
4. In actual installation, screw the spark plug into the wire to the bottom by hand firstly.
5.Tighten with torque wrench at 50Nm standard.
During the installation and maintenance, spark plugs should keep them clean and free of damage.And spark plug gasket needs to be replaced each time.
